Janet Ye, EIT
Janet Ye has conducted a variety of traffic impact and parking studies in Southern California that required analysis of intersections, site access and circulation, and field data collection.
Janet is currently conducting technical analyses for Mirman School, Westfield Promenade, and a number of mixed-use developments in Commerce, Culver City, Koreatown, downtown Los Angeles,
Hollywood, Warner Center, and Torrance. She is currently conducting parking analyses for Warner Atrium in Warner Center and Hyatt DTLA in South Park
Janet has assisted in the technical analyses of traffic studies, including those for citizenM Hotel Hollywood, Crossroads Hollywood, Jefferson Boulevard Residential, Providence Tarzana
Medical Center, USC Hillel Foundation, and Vermont Corridor Mixed-Use, as well as projects in Los Angeles, Universal City, Van Nuys, and Watts. In addition, she has assisted in parking studies
for ArtCenter School of Design, Santa Monica Municipal Airport, The Village at Westfield Topanga, and Flintridge Preparatory School.
Before joining GTC, Janet served an internship at the city of San Gabriel Public Works Department, where she conducted roadway field inspections and assisted in the reviews of engineering
plans. She also managed the public outreach for the San Gabriel Boulevard Streetscape Project and assisted with the design of a new city parking facility.
Janet is a certified Engineer-in-Training with the State of California.
