development and planning projects in Southern California, including the NBC Universal Evolution Plan and the Metro Universal transit-oriented development in Universal City, the Paramount Pictures
Master Plan in Hollywood, the LAX Northside Plan Update in Los Angeles, the University of Southern California Health Sciences Campus Master Plan in Los Angeles, the Bakersfield Commons Mixed-use
Development Master Plan in Bakersfield, and the Wilshire Grand Redevelopment Project in downtown Los Angeles. Other current projects include Dodger Stadium, a theme park complex in Dubai, the
Wilshire Gayley Project in Westwood, and The Collection at Riverpark mixed-use development in Oxnard.
Sean has prepared traffic, parking, shared parking, and access/circulation studies for stadia and event centers, new and expanded regional shopping centers, retail/entertainment centers,
military and state facilities, office and mixed-use developments, and schools and universities throughout Southern California. He has also prepared transportation studies and managed major
transportation planning projects in Hawaii, China, and Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
